1. Agreement
By accessing or using Podzone Collective’s website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
We provide podcast studio rentals, scheduling support, and optional engineering services. Descriptions and rates are provided in the catalog.
3. Bookings and payment
- Booking requests are confirmed via email. We may require a deposit or full prepayment.
- Rates are hourly unless stated otherwise. Taxes and surcharges may apply.
- Late arrivals and early departures are charged according to the reserved time window.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
- 48+ hours notice: full refund.
- 24–48 hours: 50% of session fee.
- Under 24 hours or no-show: 100% of session fee.
- Force majeure: we may waive fees at our discretion for events beyond reasonable control.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames in studios.
- Respect building rules, neighbors, and quiet hours.
6. Damage and responsibility
You are responsible for guests and any damage beyond normal wear. We may charge for repair or replacement of equipment or property.
7. Recording and IP
You own your recordings. You grant us permission to process data necessary to provide services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Podzone Collective and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of services or breach of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
